Day 2: What does it cost to clear land? Removing stumps, smooth land for planting grass or pasture
What happens here
Following the removal of major obstacles, the bulldozers are employed to flatten and smooth the entire cleared area. This involves pushing remaining debris, filling in any remaining 'hollers' or uneven sections with excavated dirt and processed organic material, and generally shaping the landscape into a uniform, level surface. The objective is to prepare the land for its transformation into productive pasture and a well-defined front yard. Once the leveling is complete (expected to take approximately two more weeks of this heavy machine work), the next phase will involve seeding the newly prepared soil with grass using a no-till seed drill.
Goal: Create a smooth, level surface suitable for future agricultural or landscaping use.
