Concrete Truck Failure! This Nearly cost them the Job!
What happens here
The project begins with a general overview of the construction site and the overall plan for pouring concrete. The area is already prepared with compacted soil, crushed run gravel, and clean stone, building up the land slightly. The presenter indicates where stamped concrete will be laid for the outdoor kitchen area and broom-finished concrete for the drive/walkway around the shop building. He highlights the concrete piers already in place for the outdoor kitchen structure (a timber frame pavilion). The need for proper drainage to prevent flooding around the shop building and an interesting wellhead design is also mentioned. Additionally, the integral concrete color and color release agents are shown.
Goal: Understand the project scope and existing site conditions.
