Concrete Truck Failure! This Nearly cost them the Job!
What happens here
Introduce the integral color (Increte Color-Crete Granular in Fiesta yellow) by adding it directly into the concrete mixer truck. This will color the entire batch of concrete. Once the colored concrete is poured and spread, broadcast the color release agent (Dickrete Color Release in red) evenly over the wet surface. This powder not only prevents the stamping mats from sticking but also provides a secondary, contrasting color that will highlight the texture of the stamps. Then, carefully lay down the silicone stamping mats, ensuring they are properly aligned to create a continuous pattern. Use a tamper to firmly press the mats into the concrete, transferring the desired stone texture onto the surface. The presenter explains that the mats used include large ones for open areas and smaller, irregularly shaped mats for edges and filling gaps to achieve a natural look.
Goal: Apply integral color and stamp the concrete with a decorative texture.
