Concrete Truck Failure! This Nearly cost them the Job!
What happens here
Using a Kubota U35-4 mini-excavator, dig a trench for the main drainage system. This trench will house a large concrete catch basin and 12-inch double-walled corrugated pipe. As the trenching progresses, some hard rock is encountered, requiring a jackhammer (such as a Hilti DSH 700-X) to break it up. Once the trench is complete, carefully place the concrete catch basin in the designated location and install the corrugated pipe, ensuring it connects to the basin and extends through the intended drainage path, passing under the well pipe. Backfill and compact the soil around the pipes and basin.
Goal: Create an effective drainage path to divert water away from the buildings.
