Pressure Wash Upper Siding and Gable Ends

Begin pressure washing the upper siding and gable ends, as shown by the worker in the video. If using detergent, apply it first according to the product's dwell time. Work in sections from bottom to top when applying detergent, but rinse from top to bottom to prevent streaks. Hold the pressure washer wand at a consistent distance (typically 6-12 inches) from the surface and use smooth, overlapping strokes. Be particularly careful around windows, vents, and electrical outlets to avoid water intrusion. Avoid spraying directly upwards into soffits or under siding panels, as this can force water behind the material.
