Butchering chickens..THIS AIN'T OUR FIRST TIME...watch and learn!

What happens here

After scalding, immediately transfer the chicken to the plucker. Turn on the plucker machine, which uses rubber fingers to rapidly remove feathers. As the plucker operates, continuously spray water into the machine with a hose. This water helps to rinse away the feathers, preventing them from binding up the machine and keeping the chicken clean. The plucking process typically takes about 20 seconds for two birds. Once plucked, the chicken should resemble a store-bought bird, with minimal feathers remaining.

Goal: Remove feathers from the scalded chicken
