Before and after kids toy restoration! Tools used: Apollo Precision-6 HVLP sprayer.
What happens here
After stripping, thoroughly sand the entire wooden shelf unit to remove any remaining paint residue, smooth the wood surface, and prepare it for staining. Use a sander, specifically an Ekasand 3x4 Sander, with appropriate grit sandpaper. Connect the sander to a vacuum system to minimize dust in the workspace. Ensure all surfaces, including edges and intricate details, are smooth and free of imperfections. Periodically wipe the surface clean to check for any missed spots.
Goal: Smooth the wood surface and remove remaining paint/stripper residue
