Compact the Gravel Base

What happens here

The final step in preparing the base is to thoroughly compact the newly laid gravel layer. The plate compactor is used again, making multiple passes over the entire gravel surface to ensure it is tightly packed and stable. This prevents settling and provides a solid foundation for the concrete pour.

Goal: Achieve maximum density and stability for the gravel layer before concrete pouring.
