there all right I got my own project to do just to be clear you're answering to Nikki putting it on him you told me to dump in here I didn't think you're going to make that much of a mess it's all your fault you know it's okay to give your employees crap I it's just a bonding thing right but you got to balance it out you got to do something nice as well so they know that it's not just all mean stuff oh that is hot hot hot hot hot hot hot hot hot hot hot hot it's hot Zach I got you some zupa my wife made it last night it's called zupa zupa I don't know what it is but I tried it it's phenomen I mean it's good so sitting up on the thing for you and I'll get you water if you need to hose down we got to hose right here I'll just hose you off I'll share something with you guys one of the things I learned decades ago I didn't think it made a difference but it was a huge thing take if I took every single one of my guys out to lunch separately not just as a group but separately and just spent one lunch every now and then with them they were just so happy and it's not because it's me it's because they're being recognized for the effort that they put in on a daily basis that's all you got to do little things not a huge thing you don't have to give them a giant salary a giant bonus I mean those they love those things but a guy just wants to be recognized for the effort they put forward they really do there's a lot of different ways that you can do that around here giving a guy a good ribbon goes a long way kind of tells them they're part of the team as long as they know that it's good natured and you do it good natured now that sometimes you got to balance that out with uh doing something good for them you can't just rib rib rib sometimes you got to balance that out and do something good that's what I've learned what have you guys discovered so if you want to keep a person on your team and keep them around you got a good guy you want to enjoy I mean I also want guys to enjoy what they do it's not just about sticking around it's about every day showing up and having fun not just fun though cuz that can go the wrong way having fun while you move forward while you progress while you get a lot done um that's that's my goal that's what I strive for getting up and enjoying my people enjoying the process and doing what we do but we're going to eat lunch now and then we'll take it from there and if you notice I have this homemade barricade set up it's cuz of that thing you…
