5 Bathroom Painting Tips. HOW TO PAINT A ROOM

What happens here

In addition to the brush and roller, gather the remaining essential tools. You'll need a sturdy 9-inch roller frame, as cheaper frames can flex and cause trailing edges or 'lap marks' on your walls. A metal paint pan is recommended, ideally used with inexpensive liners for easy cleanup, eliminating the need to wash the pan. For floor protection, use a quality drop cloth (canvas is superior to sheets as it absorbs paint better). An extension pole, preferably 2 to 4 feet in length, will allow you to roll walls without constantly climbing and descending ladders, increasing efficiency and safety. Finally, a 2-gallon cut-in bucket with a 1-gallon grid will be used for your cut-in paint.

Goal: Collect all necessary supplementary tools including a roller frame, paint pan, drop cloth, extension pole, and a cut-in bucket to prepare for the painting process.
