2 Ways To Add Dual Shut Off Valve Under Kitchen Sink!

What happens here

Before beginning, ensure the main water supply to the area is shut off to prevent leaks. The presenter demonstrates removing the old compression stop valve. While a specialized stop wrench exists, using two adjustable wrenches is a common alternative. Securely hold the valve body with one wrench while loosening the compression nut with the other to prevent twisting and potentially damaging the copper pipe stub-out. Once loosened, remove the entire valve assembly, including the old compression nut and ferrule.

Goal: Safely remove the existing angle valve from the copper stub-out, taking care to avoid damaging the pipe or existing fittings.
