Secure Tiles with Roller — Step 5: Secure the Bond – Center Outward
Part of project
fix popping noises from carpet stair treads installed with adhesive on wood stairs · Step 5 of 6
In this video
After all the 12x12 peel and stick vinyl tiles have been installed, use a roller to firmly roll over the entire tiled surface. Apply consistent pressure and roll in all directions (north-south, east-west, and diagonally). This action helps to ensure maximum contact between the tile's TACSTRONG adhesive and the subfloor/wall, pressing out any trapped air bubbles and strengthening the bond for a durable installation.
