If, after all attempts at lubrication and cleaning, the hinge continues to squeak, it may be worn out or damaged. In this case, the most effective solution is to replace the entire hinge. You will need to purchase a new hinge of the same size and type, remove the old one by unscrewing it from the door and frame, and install the new hinge.
