Step 7 · Reassemble and Test

Once repairs or cleaning are complete, reattach any panels, shelves, or bins that were removed. Turn the water supply valve back on, checking for any leaks at the connection point. Then, go to the circuit breaker and restore power to the refrigerator. Allow the ice maker several hours to cycle and begin producing ice. Check the ice bin for new ice cubes.
