Step 5 · Install the New Outdoor Spigot

Apply Teflon tape to the threaded male end of the new spigot to ensure a watertight seal. Install the new spigot, following the manufacturer’s instructions. This process generally reverses the removal steps. Ensure all connections are secure and tight.
