Willys Jeep Rescue: Popcorn's Frame Gets SANDBLASTED!! RESULTS ARE AWESOME!

What happens here

With the blasting process complete, the Jeep frame is now free of rust and old coatings, revealing its original bare metal (which appears gray after blasting). The host expresses amazement at the transformation, noting that the thorough cleaning would have been impossible with manual grinding. He then points out several areas where the previous rust had concealed issues, specifically mentioning 'Mickey Mouse' repairs which refer to broken welds on the chassis and a problematic U-bolt on an axle. This inspection highlights the benefit of complete rust removal in identifying critical structural repairs needed for restoration.

Goal: After blasting, the host inspects the thoroughly cleaned frame, marveling at the bare metal finish and identifying previously hidden structural issues.
