Locate Oil Filter and Check Air Filter

What happens here

Before draining the oil, locate the oil filter housing on the side of the engine. Use a clean rag to wipe down the area around the oil filter to prevent dirt or debris from entering the engine during removal. Next, locate the air filter housing, typically found under the removed fairings. Pop open the four tabs on the air filter cover to inspect the air filter. If it's clean and properly oiled, no immediate replacement is needed. Re-secure the air filter cover.
