Why Honda? The truth about Honda managing a farm or large property
What happens here
Locate the main oil drain plug and the oil fill cap. Warm up the ATV engine for about 3 minutes to ensure the oil is thin enough to drain completely and efficiently. Position the oil drain pan directly under the drain plug. Use a 17mm socket to loosen and remove the drain plug, allowing the old oil to flow into the pan. After the oil has completely drained (usually takes a few minutes), wipe the drain plug and the area around the drain hole, then reinsert the drain plug and gently snug it up with the 17mm socket. Do not overtighten, as the engine casing is aluminum or magnesium and can strip easily.
Goal: Remove old engine oil.
