Fill Jars and Prepare for Pressure Canning

What the heck is BONE BROTH? You'll love this!
What happens here
Pre-warm your clean canning jars by placing them in a pressure canner with 2.5 quarts of warm water, and heat it on a low setting. This prevents the jars from cracking when hot broth is added. Use canning tongs to carefully transfer the pre-warmed jars to your countertop. Place a canning funnel on the first jar and gently pour the strained broth into it, leaving about 0.5 to 0.75 inches of headspace. Repeat for all jars. Once filled, use a canning magnet to pick up hot lids from a small pot of simmering water and place them on the jars. Clean any debris from the jar rims to ensure a good seal. Place the rings on the jars, being careful as they will be hot.
Goal: Fill canning jars with broth and seal them for pressure canning.
