What the heck is BONE BROTH? You'll love this!

What happens here

Add the chopped onions, carrots, and celery into a large stockpot. After the bones have finished roasting, carefully remove them from the oven using oven mitts. Transfer the roasted bones from the Pyrex dishes into the stockpot with the vegetables. Pour any rendered fat and juices from the Pyrex dishes into the stockpot as well, as these add significant flavor. Then, fill the stockpot with enough water to cover all ingredients. For every quart of broth you intend to make, add roughly 1 teaspoon of salt (e.g., 10 teaspoons for 10 quarts of desired broth). Stir the mixture well.

Goal: Assemble all broth ingredients in a pot and begin simmering.
