What happens here

This project showcases a 'Jobsite Trailer of the Future' designed to enhance construction site management through integrated drone technology. It details how daily drone flights capture comprehensive data, including 360-degree photos, static images, and generate precise cut/fill maps. This data is then used to overlay site plans, verify layouts with sub-inch accuracy, and integrate directly with construction management platforms like Procore and Autodesk, significantly reducing rework and improving efficiency for both general contractors and subcontractors.

Welcome to the jobsite trailer of the future. Okay. What we got here is all the creature comforts of running a jobsite in the next generation, but really where the magic happens is on the drone side sitting on the trailer here. Okay, so tell me about that. So, on this site we're flying everyday at 3:00 collecting 360 photos and actual static photos uploaded straight to Procore or Autodesk, but the really interesting part is we're generating cut fill maps everyday and overlaying the site map with either the structural file, the building corners, and we're verifying the layout every single day so the contractor knows they're staying on on task and accurate without having any rework. So now this is your typical jobsite trailer right here. So you've got air conditioning, microwave, coffee maker, you've got touch screens, you've got your plan desk right here, but on top of that you have a drone station up on the roof of this thing, and everyday these things fly and they can measure the site within a tenth of an inch accuracy so that cut fill operators know where they're at. Concrete guys can also know if when they're laying out the foundation of their buildings slab edge, embeds, penetrations, all that. So, you're not you're not ordering a bunch of concrete and then having to notice that you missed a a jog in the wall. You now know before that concrete shows up that your slab edge is accurate, that your embeds are in the right spots, and that you can go ahead and pour that concrete at 5:00 a.m. And this is verifying it every single day for the GC, but also for the subcontractors so they know when they pull out their lines to put lay out their building corners where they're at. They can get up-to-date information without waiting for a surveyor to come out to the site. Yep, and the beautiful part is they're running this job job trailer, right? And it's our team running the back end to make sure that data's coming in and you're not tying up your guys doing all that work. So the GC doesn't have to try to figure out how to run this job site trailer. You guys run it for them and you lease this out to different GCs Correct. to monitor their sites. Is that correct? >> the drones, we process the data, we care take care of compliance, FAA, and all that. So, all your guys need to do is call in, "Hey, we need an as-built." and it gets done. Okay, so where do guys find out more information? aerialprospects.com and this is our DocuOps trailer of the future and let's get building. All right. Thank you, sir. Of course, thank you. Thank you.
