This project demonstrates the use of specialized GripEdge G-FORS tools for the efficient and effective removal of various types of damaged fasteners, including externally rounded-out bolts and internally broken-off, flush bolts. The tools feature a unique straight-cut, non-tapered design that bites securely into the fastener, allowing for bi-directional control (loosening or tightening) which is crucial for freeing seized components. Additionally, the system includes innovative mechanisms for easily ejecting the extracted fastener from the tool.
