We gotta fix this mess! Mrs. Stoney Ridge is back (why?)

What happens here

Prepare the grass seed mix and load it into the handheld broadcast spreader. The video uses two types of seed: Kentucky 31 fescue and annual ryegrass. Fescue germinates in about 7 to 15 days, providing a durable long-term grass. Annual ryegrass germinates much faster, in about 2 days, offering quick ground cover and immediate erosion control. Use a large bucket or pot to carefully pour the seed from the bags into the spreader, minimizing waste of the expensive seed.

Goal: Prepare the appropriate mix of grass seeds for efficient spreading.
