WE CUT THROUGH THE ROOF?! 🫣😱 Installing SkyLifts for a PERGOLA!

What happens here

With the perimeter beams fully assembled, carefully lift each beam into place. Position one end of the beam into the bracket installed on the house's roof (Skylift bracket) and the other end onto the corresponding wooden post. This task requires multiple people due to the weight and length of the assembled beams. Ensure the beam is level and properly aligned. Secure the beam to the Skylift bracket using bolts, nuts, and washers. For the wooden posts, ensure the beam is notched or mounted using appropriate hardware (e.g., post caps, through-bolts) for a secure connection. After initial placement, double-check all connections for tightness and adjust as necessary to ensure structural integrity.

Goal: Lift and securely install the heavy, multi-ply perimeter beams onto the Skylift brackets and other support posts, ensuring proper alignment and stability.
