Water Supply Valve For Toilet Will Not Close...SO HAPPY THIS WORKED!!

What happens here

Remove any old compression fittings from the toilet tank's water inlet. Take the new Fluidmaster braided flex stainless steel supply line (12-inch length, 7/8-inch ballcock by 3/8-inch compression) and screw the larger end onto the toilet tank's inlet. Hand-tighten this connection. The Fluidmaster brand features a 'Twist 'Click' Seal' that indicates proper tightness, often with two clicks. Then, screw the smaller end of the supply line onto the newly installed angle valve. Hand-tighten this connection as well, and use a small adjustable jaw wrench for a final snug tightening, being careful not to overtighten to avoid damaging the plastic nut.

Goal: Connect the new flexible braided supply line to both the toilet tank and the newly installed angle valve.
