Toilet Paper Holder Keeps Falling Off!

What happens here

Carefully remove the Loctite Threadlocker Blue 242 tube from its packaging. Using a small blade or knife, snip the very tip off the threadlocker tube to create an opening for application, being careful not to squeeze the tube. Next, select the smallest appropriate screwdriver bit from a Leatherman multi-tool (or similar) that fits the small set screws on the toilet paper holder.

Goal: Open the Loctite Threadlocker package and tube, and prepare the appropriate screwdriver bit from a multi-tool for the small set screws.
