Toilet flange replacement with spigot flange

What happens here

Insert the two toilet bolts from the toilet bolt kit into the designated slots on the new flange. To secure them in place and prevent them from spinning, use the old washers and nuts (or new ones if available) to tighten them down. This anchors the bolts to the flange while still allowing the top portion to be adjusted. Once the bolts are in place, the presenter uses a tape measure to confirm the flange is centered and aligned correctly by measuring from the back wall to the front of the flange, ensuring consistent measurements on both sides.
