Toilet flange replacement with spigot flange

What happens here

Take a file and smooth down any rough or jagged edges on the top of the remaining ABS pipe after the old flange has been removed. This ensures a clean surface for the new flange to sit flush. Next, dry fit the new spigot-style flange by placing it over the existing pipe. The new flange is designed to fit over the pipe's outer diameter, unlike the old one that went inside. Ensure it sits correctly and level before removing it for cement application.
