What happens here
The creator proceeds to paint the classic bullseye design onto the shellacked wooden target face. He uses circular lids of various sizes as stencils to achieve clean, crisp rings. Starting with a small lid for the innermost bullseye, he sprays it with red paint. He then places a larger lid as a stencil for the next ring and sprays it blue. Finally, using an even larger circular stencil (or by carefully freehanding), he sprays the outermost ring with black paint, completing the target's scoring pattern.
