What happens here

After the wooden blocks are securely glued and dried, the creator constructs a reinforcing frame around the perimeter of the block assembly. He places two long wooden planks (likely 2x4s or 2x6s) along the longer sides of the block assembly, securing them tightly with bar clamps. Subsequently, two shorter wooden planks are added to the ends, completing the rectangular frame. All planks are firmly attached to the glued wooden blocks using a power drill and wood screws.

Goal: Secure the glued wooden blocks and form a sturdy target face panel.
