Secure Polycarbonate Panels

What happens here

With the gaskets and panels prepared, carefully lift each polycarbonate panel onto the pergola structure. Align the panels according to the overlapping design, ensuring the flat sections rest on the rafters and the raised ridges fit snugly. Drill pilot holes through the panels and into the rafters at marked intervals. Secure the panels using screws equipped with washers, which help to prevent overtightening and provide a watertight seal. Once the panels are laid and initially secured at the ends, use a crawl board to distribute weight and safely fasten the remaining sections of the panels.

Goal: Carefully lift and place the prepared polycarbonate panels onto the pergola structure, align them, and secure them using screws with washers.
