Install Additional Flashing and Vinyl Trim

What happens here

Install the specialized Palram flashing panels directly over the already secured polycarbonate panels, ensuring they align perfectly with the house wall. These flashing panels further enhance the watertight seal. Next, measure and cut white aluminum flashing using a metal brake to create custom-bent pieces. These bent pieces will cover the Palram flashing, providing an additional layer of protection and a clean finish. Install vinyl trim around the corner posts and finish the perimeter with a larger, custom-bent piece of white aluminum flashing to seal off the entire roof edge. This final layer of flashing will travel down the panel about 8 inches, covering the connections and protecting against the elements.

Goal: Install Palram flashing panels over the polycarbonate panels where they meet the house and cover them with custom-bent white aluminum flashing. Complete the corner detailing with vinyl trim and a final, larger piece of bent aluminum flashing.
