The easy way to install a package of honey bees in a new hive. Poacher on the farm!! Trespassing!
What happens here
The presenter guides his assistant, Julian, through the process of introducing the second package of bees. Julian follows the same steps as demonstrated: removing the plastic cover, uncorking the queen cage using the wood screw, removing the sugar water feeder, and shaking the bees into the hive. Julian expresses that the experience is "not as bad as I thought it'd be," despite finding it a little "freaky" initially. They then replace the frames and cover the hive.
Goal: Introduce the second package of honey bees into a prepared hive with an assistant.
