Sneak Peak at NEW Equipment Trailer Options for 2021

all right so we're going to be taking a look at we're going to take a sneak peek at some prototype technology coming to new equipment trailers real quick right jacob sure all right jacob's the owner of diamonds all right let's let's take a look at this one all right so first we start with the pop-up winch on on this top trailer you know a winch is is a great thing get you out of bad position you know load down equipment but it's a hindrance to deck space and so what we've come up with is a pop-up design so that when you don't need it it's not tucked out of the way and secure but when you need it it's there it pops up and then you lock it back in place and you're good to go so again if you don't need it and then just like that it's back out of the way out of sight out of mind now one of the things too is if you guys look up here we've got extra deck space but check this out flip it flip the lid it comes up on its own look at where you're storing all your chains look at how large this space is okay i just want to try something and i need your help i got to meet one of the engineers that designed this diamond seat trailer he said he could actually fit in the toolbox so i'm going to crawl do your little guy if i fit close it behind me but you got to let me out oh better show me how to use it first there's a hand there's a handle right here put it down and now you've also got more extra storage trays but what's with blackboards yeah the blackboards are something special they've been used in the horse the horse and stock industry for a while but not really adopted into equipment treasures and so we're super pumped about it because it's a cool composite board there is no wood to rot it's 100 recycled rubber products injected into the mold the shape of a two by it's gonna last forever now now i know this isn't proprietary or what prototype but one of the things is steak pockets that go pork pockets yeah that go all the way through yeah they go all the way through i mean anybody that runs a skid steer or a bobcat you know much that uses fork's nose it's a pain to haul them but if you can stick them in the side and secure them they're out of the way they're not absorbing any deck space it's great to have top d rings i know that's not a sneak peek kit prototype anything but it's just one of those nice options to have top d rings as well as side stake pockets and the sizing we got max wraps these are pretty cool back here too this is a full ramp system that covers the entire back of the trailer so you can see that we've got one in the upper position and one down if they're both down you have the full length of the trailer hauling longer material say you load a longer wheel based truck and you got the bumper back here you can pin a ramp in the up position just so that you oh right now look it literally yeah very well balanced we took the same technology we used in the fleet neck engineer beam max ramps and integrated it into the smaller max ramps for equipment trailers it's got a dual hinge system one hinge inside the rim one hinge on the outside of the ramp making it very well balanced you flip that all the way up so jacob was talking about it at this point you can pin this down so you can lock it in place right but now you've got an extra deck space which otherwise doesn't know isn't always necessarily flat it's not awesome it's just like void yeah yep a couple other things to note 3 16ths heavy-duty fenders that's an option not relatively new but anybody who uses the trailer and construction site much knows fenders take a beating you hit these with much and you're going to know it when is this yeah when is all this like some of the winch and the decking when is that going to be available over the next probably two months or so we'll be releasing it kind of here and there over the next couple of months these guys want it they can get it go to your website and then they gotta type it in because your website allows these guys to go ahead and build the trailer from scratch with all of the stuff that's available is this available now on your website not available on the website yet we'll through all of our social media outlets you know we will do a launch a release of the new options then it'll be clickable on the website like what month probably on the flooring probably within the next see it's april probably mid-may same thing on the pop-up winch and this flooring doesn't rot so some of you guys like why would we want this it doesn't rot it doesn't rot never so you know it's obviously it's an upgrade it's an option but it's one of those that you pay for one time yeah yeah open that up if i fit i don't know about you you might i don't know was he a little guy okay close it well your arms are in the way okay see if you can close it nope yeah he was smaller than me i think so i don't think i'm gonna how the heck did he fit in here do you want me to go in there he won't fit in here yeah it's not it's like nobody's gonna fit in here this guy was tend to be small [Laughter] okay you want to get out yet okay so you can do it well i can do it but i'm not as tall as you you want to try it okay okay you just gotta think flat and you have space up on top your head goes in the corner there you go is that as wide as you can spread your legs boy stroke watch your fingers oh i'm just saying
