Sealing and Fixture Installation

What happens here

To ensure maximum waterproofing, all internal corners, the perimeter of the shower pan, and around any fixture penetrations are sealed with 100% silicone caulk. Blue painter's tape can be applied to create clean caulk lines. The shower valve is installed into the pre-cut opening in the tile, followed by the shower arm and rain shower head. Teflon tape is applied to threaded connections to ensure a watertight seal.

Goal: All internal corners and joints are sealed with 100% silicone caulk, followed by the installation of the shower valve, shower arm, and rain shower head.
