Mount the Mantle to the Wall

What happens here

With the wall support cleat securely in place, carefully lift the finished mantle and position it over the cleat. The design of the mantle should allow it to slide over and rest snugly on the cleat, hiding the support mechanism. Once the mantle is in position, use a level to double-check its horizontal and vertical alignment, making any minor adjustments needed to ensure it sits perfectly straight and level.
