Repacking a Titan RX-Pro. DIY Repair Fast and Easy!

What happens here

Once the needle, seat, and ball are correctly installed and any necessary tension adjustments have been made, reattach the trigger guard if it was removed. Perform a final function test by squeezing and releasing the trigger multiple times. Connect the gun to an airless sprayer (not explicitly shown but implied for full testing) and verify there are no leaks or paint spitting after the trigger is released. Always remember to save the specialized tools provided in repack kits for future use, as they are essential for component replacement.

Goal: Reassemble the trigger guard, perform final function tests, and connect to an airless sprayer to check for leaks, ensuring proper operation.

there you go i'm squeezing my trigger once again i'm gonna tighten it up every time i'm messing with the gun the packings of the gun i'm always squeezing the trigger release my trigger now i'm ready to go put my guard back on and my gun is repacked so you have it the the seat is 25 the repacking kit is a 2099 and all it is is this little needle i'm not sure why they don't give you a seat you know every time but the seat only needs to replace you know every second time you need to pack it so that might be why and then these tools don't ever throw these tools away you want to keep those tools they do come with every single packing kit though so i guess you could probably sell the packing kit a little bit cheaper if you didn't include the tools every time and um they would save you money but i'm not titan so i'm not sure you know what the thinking is behind that so
