Repacking A Titan LX80 Airless Paint Gun. Airless Sprayer Hacks.

What happens here

Take the diffuser, now loaded with the new washer and seat, and screw it back onto the front of the gun. Make sure it's threaded correctly and tighten it securely. Next, pick up the two previously cleaned guide rods and drop them back into their respective holes in the rear of the gun. Align the back handle assembly with the guide rods and the main body. Begin threading the new 3/8-inch nut (from the repair kit) onto the back of the gun. Once it's started, use a 3/8-inch socket or wrench to tighten it down until it's snug, but do not overtighten.

Goal: Screw the diffuser with the new components back onto the front of the gun. Then, reinsert the cleaned guide rods and screw the back handle assembly onto the gun, tightening it with a 3/8-inch socket.
