Old Tractor Problems! Was this my Fault? New Farm Hand Today?
What happens here
With most of the fuel drained, the owner uses an adjustable wrench to loosen the existing fuel line from the fuel shut-off valve. Then, he employs locking pliers (channel locks) to get a firm grip on the valve itself and unscrew it from the bottom of the fuel tank. Upon successful removal, the valve is inspected closely, revealing a complete blockage inside from a black, gummy substance referred to as 'goober', confirming the source of the fuel restriction.
Goal: Access and identify the blockage in the fuel valve
