NEEDS TLC...But..What the heck is it? New equipment for the farm!!

What happens here

Before heading out, the presenter unhooks a manure spreader from the Massey Ferguson 240 tractor, preparing it for the journey. He then drives the tractor from the farm to a local golf course, a trip estimated to take about 35 minutes one way (around 7 miles round trip), requiring careful navigation on public blacktop roads. This part of the journey highlights the logistical considerations and safety precautions necessary when transporting farm equipment on public thoroughfares.

Goal: The first physical step involves preparing the tractor and driving to a golf course to pick up the Jacobsen turf seeder, emphasizing the practicalities of equipment transportation.

equipment first we got to unhook that manure spreader so folks what we're going off farm for is a grass cedar we're going over to a local golf course where we've got an awesome deal one hundred and fifty bucks on a old-school 1990s Jacob's grass cedar it's a turf cedar and we're going to use it for fixing bare spots and our pastures in our fields and also planting food plots on the farm so it's gonna be pretty cool we're gonna run off the farm we're gonna go grab that thing and then I'll take you around it and show you what it's all about and I guess we'll see if it works it's a little bit muddy to try and use it on the farm today but if we can find a dry spot we'll get it dig in the ground see what happens next time you see me we should be hooked up we've got about an hour of tractor driving on the blacktop yeah it's probably a seven mile round trip and I'm just gonna take it easy take it slow and enjoy the trip it's gonna be nice
