What happens here

A recycled kitchen cabinet is repurposed for storing various chemicals, stains, and paints, demonstrating a basic attempt at 'Set in Order'. The presenter acknowledges that a chemical-safe metal cabinet would be a more appropriate and safer storage solution. His main Husky tool chest, referred to as the 'King of the Castle', houses a comprehensive collection of hand tools, including measuring tools, sockets, screwdrivers, and wrenches. Although not perfectly categorized in every drawer, it provides a centralized location for all essential hand tools, minimizing time spent searching (Muda of Motion and Waiting).

Goal: A wall-mounted cabinet stores chemicals, paints, and stains, while a large Husky tool chest acts as the 'King of the Castle' for general hand tools. This ensures proper 'Set in Order' and 'Visual Management', though the presenter notes the need for a safer, purpose-built chemical cabinet for improved 'Safety' and 'Standardization'.
