What happens here

The creator shares his personal philosophy on goal setting, emphasizing the importance of writing down goals. He recounts how, at 19, he wrote down numerous goals and achieved them all within a year, experiencing a feeling of invincibility. He highlights the pitfall of not setting new goals, which led to him feeling lost. He advises setting goals that are "not quite realistic but within grasp" and truly feeling them in your gut, making them a part of your being. He stresses focusing on strengths rather than weaknesses to become "a force of nature to be reckoned with."

Goal: Develop and implement an effective personal goal-setting strategy.

every single day the values that I want to reinforce and that's one of the things goals one of the things I learned so long ago when I was just a young pup I mean starting out 19 years old I did I read this book about goals and the right way to do goals and there is a right way and a wrong way because I learned the hard way the right way and I learned the hard way the wrong way and at 19 I wrote down I want to make $100,000 a year and I wrote all these separate goals I wanted this sports car I wanted that I wanted this and in one year I hit every single goal I checked every goal off and it was just like whoa I felt indestructible I felt like I was on top of the world and that nothing could take me down and I did not write my goals the next year and I did the floppy crappy without a clear sense of direction and reinforcement on a daily basis I got misguided on my journey and by by the next year I realized how far I had fallen and I wrote more goals down the following year and I've never stopped writing down my goals and from that point I don't always hit my goals sometimes what I have learned about goals is you've got to have a timeline and they've got to be not quite realistic but within grasp they've got to give you hope you've got to look at that goal and go yes I can accomplish this I believe I can do this and the right goal will hit you in the stomach you will feel the goal and it's almost like it becomes a part of you right and setting these goals then when you it's not there yet but once you set that goal and it becomes a physical part of your your being it's just a matter of time before it comes to fruition but the but the real thing you've got to do is you've got to feel it you got to sense it you got to believe it it's got to just hit you that's the thing you guys if you want to succeed I promise you I make you this promise I don't know you maybe we've never met but I can tell you that if if you write these goals down and you feel them you will be able to accomplish anything on God's Earth that you put your mind too especially think of it this way if somebody else has done that thing at some point they are not better than you they have two eyes one mouth two arms one heart they are built just like you the difference may be in how they think how they react how they respond but you my friend are not rigid you're not cast in clay you're not built in stone you are not this structure that is not immovable you are flexible you can bend you can shape…
