What happens here

The presenter introduces the project, which is to create a polished concrete effect on the wall using Dulux Concrete Effect paint. No base coat is required for this particular decorative coating. Gather a 9-inch microfiber roller (3/8-inch nap), two sizes of Bowearo Flex Trowels, Frog Tape (1.5 inches wide) for masking, a deep-well paint tray, a microfiber cloth for pre-wetting the roller, a drop cloth to protect the floor, and a 6-foot ladder for reaching high areas.
