Miter folds! A special detail we love adding on our projects, but also making it efficient!
What happens here
With the composite board securely in place, retrieve a plunge router fitted with a V-groove router bit. Carefully position the router over the intended bend line on the composite board. Ensure the router base is flat against the board and the V-groove bit is aligned. Engage the router and slowly plunge the bit into the material, moving it smoothly along the desired line to create a consistent V-shaped groove. This groove will act as a hinge point for bending the material.
Goal: Cut a V-shaped groove for controlled bending
