What happens here

This project demonstrates a technique for creating custom 90-degree corner pieces from composite decking material. By carefully routing a V-groove into the material and then applying heat, the material becomes pliable enough to be bent into a seamless angle. This method eliminates the need for traditional mitered joints, providing a clean, professional finish for various DIY applications such as deck trim, planters, or other outdoor structures where a continuous, angled edge is desired.
