Massive “click” at the end 💪 #flooring #homeimprovement #diy

What happens here

Begin by taking a new laminate or engineered wood flooring plank and positioning it at a slight angle (typically 20 to 30 degrees) to the long edge of the already installed plank. Align the tongue of the new plank with the groove of the existing plank. Apply gentle downward pressure and a forward push to interlock the planks. You should hear a distinct "click" as the planks secure into place, forming a tight, seamless joint along the long side. This action is repeated multiple times throughout the video to illustrate the continuous process.

Goal: Properly engage the long-side locking mechanism of a flooring plank.
