Securing the Masking Paper and Corners

What happens here

After applying the continuous strip of masking paper and tape along the entire length of the wall (or the section you are working on), you will need to secure the free-hanging portion of the masking paper to the wall. Using additional strips of masking tape, tack the paper down approximately every 3 feet. For corners, carefully fold the excess masking paper to fit snugly into the corner. Then, use short strips of masking tape to secure the folded paper to the wall, ensuring there are no gaps where paint could escape.

Goal: Fully secure the masking paper and properly mask corners to prevent paint seepage.
