Live making Apple cider in the shop

What happens here

Once the apple cider is filtered to your desired clarity, it's ready for bottling. Place a large funnel into the opening of a clean glass carboy. Carefully pour the filtered cider from the bucket into the carboy through the funnel, filling it to the shoulder. The cider is now ready for storage in a cool, dark place as sweet cider or can be prepared for fermentation by adding yeast and fitting an airlock for making hard cider.

Goal: Store the finished sweet cider or prepare it for fermentation.
