Preparing the Fruit Press

What happens here

Prepare the fruit press for juice extraction. First, place a clean mesh filter bag or a large piece of cheesecloth into the wooden slatted basket of the press. This bag will hold the apple pomace and allow the juice to pass through while retaining the solids. Position a clean collection bucket directly underneath the press's spout to catch the flowing cider. Ensure the press is stable and ready for use.
