Live making Apple cider in the shop

What happens here

After pressing, the collected apple cider will likely contain fine pulp and sediment. To clarify the cider, pour it through a metal strainer placed over a clean, empty bucket. The strainer will capture most of the remaining solid apple particles, resulting in a smoother, clearer juice. For an even clearer product, you may strain the cider multiple times through progressively finer mesh strainers or cheesecloth.

Goal: Remove remaining pulp and clarify the cider.
